Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ToutToilettage, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ToutToilettage is a platform connecting grooming salons with professional groomers in Quebec. We facilitate the posting of replacement shifts, job offers, and application management.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password
• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date
• Minor graduates may appear on the platform through a school account that assumes responsibility for them.

4. Rules of Use

• Professional use only: the platform is reserved for the grooming industry
• Fake profiles, false information, or misleading content are prohibited
• Harassment, abusive, or discriminatory behavior is prohibited

5. Credit System and Payments

• Credits are non-refundable after purchase
• Fees are displayed before taxes (GST 5% + QST 9.975%)
• Subscriptions renew automatically at each billing cycle

5b. Trainings and Bookings

• Students pay via Stripe. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
• ToutToilettage takes a 10% commission on training sales (0% during the 30-day grace period following trainer account activation).
• The trainer is responsible for delivering the training content.
• Refunds are at the trainer's discretion, per their stated refund policy.
• ToutToilettage is not responsible for training content quality or disputes between students and trainers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Subscriptions: cancellation available at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle
• Unused credits: non-refundable

7. Limitation of Liability

ToutToilettage is a matchmaking platform. We are not responsible for agreements made between salons and groomers, nor for the quality of services provided between parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, design, code, and ToutToilettage brand are the exclusive property of ToutToilettage S.E.N.C. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Montreal.
