ToutToilettage is a bilingual platform dedicated to the professional pet grooming industry in Quebec, operated as a S.E.N.C. (general partnership) in Quebec, Canada.

• Payment information: processed by Stripe (we do not store your card information)
• Usage data: posts, applications, reviews, logins
• Communications: messages exchanged on the platform

• Connect salons and groomers
• Send account-related notifications

4. Sharing Your Information

We never sell your personal information.

We only share with: Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), Vercel (hosting).

All our subcontractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active.

You may request deletion of your account at any time.

9b. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (including Stripe, Resend, and Vercel) process data outside Quebec and Canada, primarily in the United States. These providers are bound by contractual commitments to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable standards. If you do not want your data transferred outside Canada, contact our privacy officer at info@touttoilettage.com. We will assess your request and inform you of available options.

9c. Training Data

When you book a training through ToutToilettage, we collect your name, email, amount paid, and booking date. This information is shared with the trainer of the booked training to coordinate delivery. Financial data related to commissions is retained for trainer payouts. In accordance with Quebec tax and accounting obligations, transaction data is retained for 7 years.
