Platform Rules

All transactions initiated on ToutToilettage must be completed on ToutToilettage.

This includes:

• Training registrations listed on the platform
• Shift replacement agreements posted on the platform
• Job applications for postings published on the platform
• Any communication aimed at completing a transaction off-platform

It is prohibited to:

• Share personal contact information (email, phone, website) in a description, message, or profile to bypass platform mechanisms
• Ask another user to contact you outside ToutToilettage to complete a transaction that was initiated here
• Use the platform to generate leads and redirect payments to another channel

Salons and groomers who connect through a replacement or job posting on ToutToilettage agree to follow the platform process.

It is prohibited to:

• Post a replacement or job to collect applications, then finalize the agreement outside the platform
• Contact a candidate found on ToutToilettage through another channel to avoid platform tracking
• Repost the same position on another channel after receiving applications here, to bypass fees

Salons hiring a groomer found through ToutToilettage for a future role (permanent or contract) are encouraged to do so through the platform.

Schools and trainers who list their programs on ToutToilettage benefit from visibility across Quebec's entire grooming industry.

It is prohibited to:

• Include direct contact information (email, phone, link to an external form) in your training description or profile
• Redirect an interested user to another registration channel to avoid the platform commission
• Modify or hide prices listed on the platform to offer a different rate elsewhere

Independent trainers benefit from a 30-day commission-free period following account activation. After this period, a 10% commission applies to sales made through ToutToilettage. This commission is the only fee. No subscription, no fixed costs.

All profiles and descriptions are reviewed by our team before publishing.

It is prohibited to:

• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Impersonate another user or business
• Post content unrelated to the professional grooming industry
• Use discriminatory or harassing language toward another user

Failure to follow these rules may result in the following actions, at ToutToilettage's discretion:

1. Written warning by email
2. Temporary account suspension (7 to 30 days)
3. Permanent account deletion and removal of all associated data
4. Loss of unused credits, without refund
5. Exclusion from any launch offer or preferential pricing

Intentional and repeated circumvention of platform mechanisms (off-platform transactions, diverted leads) results in immediate suspension without prior warning.

ToutToilettage reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Users will be notified by email of any significant changes.
